Files under Health and Fitness | Posted by admin

Learning from depression has to be about the hardest thing to do. As said depression you can not focus on yourself or others. It is a large hole to dig one self out of. Yet we all have moments when we are so overwhelmed and we still manage to get above the clouds and see the light of day.

In having a list that will aid you in your quest for happiness is the best way to deal with a depressive situation. Write down what makes you happy, be it hobbies to a musical instrument. The list has no guidelines it s a list of what ever makes you happy and feel good.

Next learn to practice your happy list. In doing this if you like knitting and it makes you happy then every time you have a moment that is overwhelming then pick up those knitting needles and knit away. The hardest part is picking them up. Walking across the room is also hard, but by taking a deep breath and walk forward as you exhale then you have set yourself in the right direction. Breathing deep is a great way to start then next few minutes of ones life. It does not matter what happened five minutes ago, it only matters what is ahead and how you deal with it.

In this step you have learned to be happy. Yes there is no total cure for depression, however we all methods and steps we can take to make ourselves feel better and those around us to be happy for us for doing!
